I went to Glenwood for maintenance for my wife's Tucson, I chose to get it done here. I feel more confident with their attention to detail I recommend Glenwood with no reservations whatsoever. I felt treated Like a customer should and I will be back when other works needs done

I first learned of Glenwood because so many of the professional women at our university trusted them with their vehicles and highly recommended Glenwood to me. Also, over the years, I’ve also heard glowing recommendations from female customers while shopping at the store I work in. Here’s what I consistently heard: *Clean work place and washrooms. *Great communication from Glenwood when they need to call the customer and give clear updates and get permission to proceed on a job. *Happy to help you get to and from home and/or your job while your vehicle is being serviced. *And the most important comment for me and from the women I talked to was the men at Glenwood are respectful and when they are explaining what needs to be fixed either over the counter or on the phone, we agreed we were not condescended to. I was very upfront with Rob, the owner - told him about the dissatisfaction with other mechanic shops; about how I did NOT expect the lowest prices necessarily; told him that I recognize he needs to make a profit; and that HONESTY, COMPETENCE, EXCELLENCE and CARE was what I was looking for ... the old fashioned values. In turn, Rob was very courteous and upfront with me and my wife - after which I entrusted my car to Rob and his team and EVERY EXPECTATION WAS MET. All I can say is, you pay for quality parts and labour at Glenwood. I can't believe anyone would rate them lower than 4 stars if they were being honest. Thanks to the staff for all the good work. My truck feels brand new.

As usual awsome service, staff friendly and very helpful outlining what was needed and what will be needed in the future for my truck. Great work guys.

I needed a high idle issue figured out that I couldn't figure out on my own. Not only did they figure out my vehicles issues but they repaired a tire that had a slow leak I was unaware of, as well as change over fluids that needed changing. They made sure the computer chip was uptodate and did a free inspection of my car. They did a learning procedure on my vehicle and made sure I was satisfied with it before I left their shop. When I dropped it off they had a driver drop me off at my house, and when it was ready the next day they sent a driver out to pick me up. Very satisfied with their service of my vehicle and how they treated me. From now on I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I meet that requires autobody repairs. They were fantastic.

Very relliable, quick and superb service. Their friendly designated drivers drop me home while their knowledgable mechanics are fixing my truck and pick me up when it's done. I even get 3 years or 60,000 warranty on parts and labor. Besides I even get a good deal on price. Highly recommended.
