I had a small emergency with my Acura TL after it had passed sgi safety at another shop. Glenwood Auto is very close to home so I called them early in the morning and spoke to Rob. He understood the urgency and booked my vehicle in immediately that day to test drive and inspect the entire front end. Just before noon Rob called back and gave me a list of problems that should have been checked during sgi inspection which included 1 missing and 1 untightened LF caliper mounting bolt; dangerously loose upper LF ball joint; oil leaks under engine; loose battery cables, as well as several other minor issues. Rob contacted sgi and told me the car would go back to the shop that inspected it to have all missed work done at no cost to me. He offered both towing services and shuttle services, although I did not need either. I am grateful for Rob's excellent customer service skills and professionalism. I want to thank him again for helping so promptly, and for the quick but thorough diagnosis of my Acura. Highly recommend!

We have taken our vehicles to Glenwood for over 15 years, for both maintenance and repairs, and have recommended to family members who now also have servicing done there. Rob and his staff are friendly, patiently answering our questions and explaining work required as well as advising what can wait or be monitored. Great shuttle service is a welcome perk. Some have commented that prices are not the lowest in town, but the trade off is that diagnostics are thorough and the appropriate work is being done with quality products. This is especially important for repairs where safety issues are at play. The attention to detail and quality inspires confidence. My family’s association with Glenwood Auto began one winter when my vehicle spun on a turn near Glenwood’s shop and ended up pointing in its direction. I pulled in near the shop and asked Rob for aid. He quickly determined that ice had caused the emergency brake to stick and fixed the issue promptly at no charge. Recently, Rob again went above and beyond in customer service. I had expressed reservations about trying to sell a vehicle privately and he provided both advice and additional assistance. The result was a speedy and straightforward sale. His aid with this was much appreciated, as was his advice prior to our new vehicle purchase. We look forward to continuing to have our vehicle needs met by Glenwood.
