Lady on phone knows "nothing" (her words) Put me in touch with someone "more knowledgeable"( again her words) Then some guy picks up the phone and says he's got to much business to take on anything else. What a waste of time.

Cassidy, thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our business. I believe you phoned our business to get a quote on Monday, April 15th. We do have a new employee working at our front counter, and at this time she is not yet ready to provide answers to a lot of questions that she is asked. She is still learning and is getting better every day. Cassidy, we also do not give quotes over the phone (this is a policy in our business). Our priority must be to the customer vehicles that are in our shop each and every day. We get 10-20 phone calls a day to quote repairs over the phone. It takes time for our employees to put together these estimates, even for something as simple as a transmission fluid exchange. If we were to build estimates for every phone call we get, then our valued client's vehicles get pushed further back in the queue. Our client's vehicle is and always will be our # 1 priority each and every day! I know our valued clients (that actually have a vehicle in our shop that day) greatly appreciate that they alway's come first. Cassidy, my advice to you is this, find "one" shop that you trust and let them do all your maintenance and repairs. Build a rock solid relationship with this shop, so that they know you and your vehicle. Make sure they warranty their repairs for time & mileage that you feel is fair. Had the BEST experience here. I get nervous to take my vehicle into shops due to my lack of knowledge of car mechanics. I have had a bad experience where an auto shop described a problem and it sounded like a whole different language, I was so lost, then they ended up doing work on my car that I never approved or really knew was going on. I did not know what I ended up paying for or if it even was worth it. Glenwood was a totally different experience. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome, it truly sounded like they care. Rob was helping me out, he used simplified language to make sure I knew what will be happening with my car that day when I dropped it off. Once they diagnosed the problems and explained to me what was wrong, I was a little confused still so they let me go back to the shop where the mechanic Tim pointed out exactly what the problem was and what was going on from the problems that were 9-10/10 (need to be fixed) and what was 4-6/10 (something that didn't need to be fixed quite yet). That really helped!!! Charlie the service adviser then walked me through my options and waited for my go ahead before the techs did any work. Highly recommend Glenwood, they are very honest and genuine with all the work they do. Thankyou!!

Mason with Glenwood has been AWESOME to deal with. I wont hestitate to give them business. Its hard to find a shop nowadays that doesnt take advantage of changing out parts that dont need changing, or taking advantage of woman or elderly who are mechanically aware.

Was in there to get a quote on replacing cv axles guy at the front told me it would cost 100 for the quote, got the bill 200 charges me for shop supplies, they didnt top anything up. Quoted me 1300 for replacement of axles. I declined I got my buddy to do it took him 1 hr, so they quoted 295 an axle which I got for 290 for both sides 145.00 a side taxes in. Got both axles in for under 700 they were gonna hose me. Said I had a leaky water pump buddy checked it out no leak! Thanks but dont think I'll ever go back waste my time, got a mechanic and dont cost an arm and a leg.

You did not simply come in for a quote on replacing cv axles, you asked us to do a noise diagnostic on your vehicle. In the customer states area of your concern it reads. Customer states, "hit a pot hole now hears popping noise from front end and see's grease on boots". Please read your invoice as it is there on both the work order and invoice that you signed. I have signed copies here if you would like to stop in and re-read this. The first thing we have to do in this situation is take the truck for a road test to hear the noise. Secondly it needs to be inspected on our hoist in the service bay. This second part includes an inspection of all of your front end, steering, suspension, and stabilizer system components by one of our trained, licensed technicians. A noise diagnostic can take anywhere from half an hour to one hour to pinpoint the origin of a noise. If you had asked for a quote, we would "not" have given you one without inspecting the vehicle first (This is a policy in our shop). We only provide estimates on jobs that have been diagnosed and found by one of our technicians. As for the water pump, we told you on your invoice that it is stained and there is some play in the water pump shaft. The spec on this is for zero play. This should be replaced soon, as there is also play in the fan clutch. This is all stated on your invoice Armand. When (not If) the play in either of these components becomes worse it may cause other damage to other nearby components like the radiator, radiator hoses, or wires near by. Armand your oil was also very low, air filter was very dirty, wiper blades had torn rubber and the tires are dangerous (all stated on your invoice). As always excellent work done on time and within the estimate given. Not the cheapest place you can go but, the quality of the parts and work completed is well worth it. I usually do my own repairs and am very picky, whenever I am unable to do a repair this is the one shop I trust to care as much about my vehicle as I do.
