Was having multiple issues suddenly with my SUV and they squeezed my vehicle in the same day for a scan. Professional, friendly, customer focused service - they were very good at explaining what they were going to do before and what was wrong after. I appreciated the honest assessment of the many issues my vehicle had (some of which I was already aware of but appreciated their thoroughness) and the recommendation to get a new vehicle rather than dump more money into this one. Would highly recommend! High quality service you can trust... have used other mechanics in past I have not had that experience with unfortunately. I will definitely use these guys again in the future!

They totally saved me I had electrical problems from a badly installed remote starter left from the previous owner that wasn't connected to the regular fuse box. Glenwood found and fixed the problem. I never would have been able to find it. As well the people up front are extremely kind and will take the time to explain stuff in a way you can understand.

Honest service. I had a stone chip on the windshield and when they looked at it - they said they could repair some of it but not all of it. I now know I would have to replace the total windshield. There was no charge for looking at it.

Found out a smaller/ lower priced component resolved my wiper control issuer. So even though the higher estimate was approved they showed their integrity : saved hundreds of dollars - Awesome as Always!
