Very good service. I absolutely HATE dealing with car stuff so I go to Glenwood because I know they do solid work and won't dick me over. Always very friendly and helpful. Looked after me and my truck, my girlfriend and her car, and my brother with his car... No issues whatsoever. Good people. You can try somewhere else, but if you want a guaranteed stress-free experience, go here.

I would definitely recommend Glenwood if you're willing to pay a little more to get exceptional service. They are never pushy - they tell you what should be done and what can wait, and will not do anything without your approval first (the only time they did, I was shown the belt they replaced and how worn it was and explained how that could be harmful). The owner is especially fantastic to deal with. Shuttle service is friendly and efficient.

Customer service unparalleled! 2hrs Out of town on a freezing December morning.....battery failure in BMW X5....had new very expensive battery installed by a battery dealer only to have the instrument pannel cluster to fail to operate when we restarted car. No internet help for this problem, called BMW dealer they had no specific cause or solution other than to bring it in. Called Glenwood auto. Explained problem over phone, was transferred to a technician who listened to the issue and was familiar with this not so common problem. Explained that the standard procedure of hooking up a electronics backup battery through diagnostic port on some European autos would blow a fuse. I used the manual to locate the pannel and fuse for the dash, indeed it was blown. A stop by a repair shop and a$1.37 for a fuse and everything worked again! I must thank the patient staff at Glenwood Auto for taking my calls and the professional staff for taking time trouble shooting over the phone! Free, friendly, knowledgeable advice saved my day. You have gained a new customer and will recommend your company to friends and family.

I would like to thank Glenwood for their excellent service. I have had two vehicles in for repair and can honestly say that the service I got was beyond anyone else's. The first vehicle had hit a deer and been repaired by another repair place but the engine light kept coming on. When I took it into Glenwood they found the problem and fixed it. The second vehicle that I brought in for repair and new tires was diagnosed with major problems and would have cost me more than the vehicle was worth. They called me to indicate the problems that they found and this gave me the option to go ahead with the repairs or not. I really appreciated the call from them rather than have them fix the problems and have a giant surprise at the end of the day.
