We've been Glenwood clients for a number of years. We are always completely satisfied with the service. They remember our names - even when I've gone in unannounced and without an appointment. They communicate clearly the things that maybe should be completed based on the length of time it has been since it was done before - for example, annual checks of various aspects for preventative maintenance. Their shuttle service is a valuable option and we use it most of the time to return us home after drop off and pick us up from home after service is complete. Drivers are capable, careful and pleasant. It is a pleasure to deal with every one of the Glenwood staff. Over the years we have used their detailing service so are sorry to see that being discontinued but understand their need for full usage of their service bays for other aspects of the business.
