The personnel at Glenwood are friendly though professional. They seem to take a sincere interest in their job and in seeing that the customer is well taken care of. By this I mean in the way things are explained and see that the customer gets a ride home or where ever they need to go while their vehicle is being worked on. They seem to be very prompt and efficient.

One year ago I bought a set of tires at Glenwood. One of the tires had a slow leak and a rotation of the 4 tires was needed. All of that plus transportation to and from work was provided at no charge. Great service! I will definitely buy my next set of tires at Glenwood.
