We have had some good experiences and some bad experiences with Glenwood. Our last service was enough though. We asked for a LOF and a quote on what it would cost to fix an oil leak (my husband gave them more info, I'm not the mechanic). Picks up the car later in the day to a $170 bill... Then he notices that they completed a diagnostic. When he asked them about it, their reply was "oh, well we thought you asked us to look for leaks". It was a pretty weak response anyway. And the results of their "diagnosis" were exactly what my husband asked for the quote on. There have been other issues in the past, like when they said that the clunk our car was making was due to something we were carrying in the trunk. It turned out to be a cracked engine cradle, and a mechanic friend told us that was what it was. When we asked for them to check the motor mount at a LOF, they replied by saying that they've already investigated the cause and come up with why, so they didn't even look. We took it to another shop in town and they found the crack and repaired it for us. We will deal elsewhere from now on. The location was convenient for us, but that's not a good enough reason to keep getting ripped off and treated poorly.
