Thank you once again to the staff of Glenwood. Took our Journey in for a change of thermostat and what I thought was a power steering problem. They diagnosed that the front wheel bearing was gone. Called and let me know what was wrong and what we had to do to fix it. Also let me know how much it was going to cost. The Journey was fixed and I was on my way. I was picked up and dropped off which I really appreciate. Kudos to Glenwood as usual. I definitely recommend them for any servicing of any vehicle..

It was greatno hassles and they arranged immediate shuttle to and from work. ..i walked in and someone walked forward immediately. .. so often people who serve the public act like they don't see a customer walk in and wait for someone else to take care of youThey had my tires done and alignment done after 5 hours because I had to pick up my husband up by 1:30.... the shop looked very busy tooyour business was highly recommended by Bill at lambert distributing. .. I'd come back
