Took a little long to put a starter into the truck . It messed up two working days and I am not counting the one I booked in on . Checking to see if the engine was ceasing when we already knew the starter was gone and I drove the truck in .

Brought my vehicle in and was told that what I complained of was not happening to the car. I appreciate the truthfulness.they could have billed me even when nothing was really wrong with the wheel/ steering system.

I have always enjoyed the honesty and care they have provided me during our interactions. My family has used them for years and I don't think any of us have ever had a negative experience interacting with them.

Front desk employee struggled and stumbled constantly. Took quite a while to figure out my bill. I expected the car to be cleaned but I guess they don't offer that service. All in all, repairs were done well but it was a sub par experience.
