My daughter's car window was broken. Glenwood found a used on and installed it. She dropped the car off at 7:30 and we had a call by 10am that it was fixed. The staff vaccumed the inside of the car for her which we did not expect so a big "thank you" for doing that. As usual the staff and work were excellent.

The work done was great. My only quibble was that we were delayed after the shuttle picked me up after work because before we drove off the driver made a personal phone call that could easily have been made after we were back at Glenwood.
