Parts for the car arrive when they say they will. The shuttle service is invaluable to get me to and from work, always prompt. And cost has always been as quoted.

My car was 21 years old and had a few problems, some serious. I appreciated talking to Jay and his being upfront that although some problems could be fixed, it would be in my best interest for safety and cost wise to park it. I've decided to do just that.I will also take Rob's suggestion of retiring my car to the Kidney Foundation for a tax receipt. Thanks for all your help.

I found the staff to be friendly, courteous and very helpful. Everything was explained to me in language I could understand. The work was done in good time. Transportation was offered after drop off and pre pick up. The driver was excellent, a pleasure to get to meet. It was a good experience, thank you!
