My fiancé (a young woman) scheduled her car for a service here asking if they could fix the leak in her oil pan. They asked her if there was anything else wrong with the vehicle and she offhandedly mentioned a few other problems with the car not knowing she'd be billed over $1000 for "diagnostics" on these problems we already knew about. I called them about this mistake in their bill and the man on the phone instantly became defensive about their charges saying that was their rate, despite us not even wanting them to check these problems. We are now out $1000 and feel like we've been robbed blind by this company. Be very wary of hidden charges they decide to tack onto your bill, or better yet, don't go here.

Glenwood Auto Service is simply the best shop I have ever gone to for tires. Their service is top rate, the staff treat you like you're family, and their products are excellent. I can't praise them enough. I bought my winter tires from them and use their storage service for my tires. If you are looking for a really good auto shop, you need look no further than Glenwood Auto Service.

Wonderful people with a heart of gold work here. Today I drove into the City to run some errands and found myself with a flat tire. As I was in the Sutherland area, I drove slowly to the Husky to fill the tire. I could not find the air fill station so I went in to ask. They showed me and told me it's $2.00 for 2 minutes. Does not matter as I needed to fill my tire. Only takes toonies so gave them 2 loonies for a toonie. Drove to the air station and it was "Out of Order". Drove back and said "It's out of order"? Response was "I don't know, try it". I called Glenwood Auto Service located right beside the Husky, told them my situation and the person (sorry, did not get names but I should have) who answered the phone was so warm and friendly and told me to come on over. Slowly drove there and within minutes, they filled my tire for FREE and I was able to be on my way. I was amazed at how courteous and helpful this business was to me. I never write reviews but this business certainly deserves a salute!! Because of this, I will be taking my vehicle to Glenwood for any future vehicle repairs. Thank you so much for your help today.

Required HVAC actuator repair in 2016 F150. The repair was made in timely manner, matched quote given, shuttle service was accommodating, friendly staff and very organized business. Will definitely return as a customer.
