Even more impressive is the front end staff and the personalized service I experienced from Joanne, Kristen, Kennedy and Rob. I have the highest praise for these people because any issues or differences that appeared were dealt with in a respectful and fair manner. I feel very comfortable and secure knowing that I have found an auto repair shop that is knowledgeable, honest and grateful for my business. Needed a battery size that I couldn't find anywhere so I tried Glenwood auto and they had the size and it was much better price than what I was expecting ill definitly come back
