Refused to make a botched steering gearbox replacent right. Kept saying other components were causing loose feeling steering. Symptom presented the day my gearbox was replaced by them. Sent me on a costly goose chase replacing track bar, ball joints, etc. Had diagnosed by dealer only to find out they didn't set my gearbox backlash correctly.. or at all. For the cost of a week in Banff, I would think they'd stand by their work. Other than that, friendly, helpful etc. Just don't try to take advantage of the 3 year warranty or you'll end up spending more trying to rectify problems. Now I'm stuck fixing it at my cost to keep my family and others safe.

Had a last minute issue and the entire team could not have been more accommodating. Very impressed with the service and professionalism. I would recommend Glenwood to anyone.
