I had a pretty serious oil leak in my engine and they were very helpful and patient to explain everything that was damaged. I talked to three different people over this time and they were all kind and helpful. After repairs, they suggested I come back in a week for a courtesy check to make sure everything was sealed up properly. So far a very pleasant experience!
