They’ve tried to quote me with a long list of unnecessary repairs, did the same thing with my sister. Just save yourself the pain and go to Paragon Auto.

Cedric, we have you in our system with an 1989 Ford Probe. The last time you were into our shop you had us diagnose a steering concern in 2004. We charged you $25.95 and told you that you needed tie rod ends and a front spindle. I don’t understand why you are leaving this review 19 years later. Any time a vehicle is into our shop for service, we do perform a courtesy multi point inspection to make sure our clients are safe. The findings on these inspections are always quoted with a rating system to let you know if anything has to be done right away or if it can be monitored and repaired in the future. From the big things to the little things, Glenwood Auto exceeded any other places I have been to in the past. The communication was excellent from the owner and front staff in explaining the engine issues repairs and updates along the way. The detail to repairs and service was great along with discussing the regular maintenance. I am so happy I decided to go there rather than the dealership or other places as it is a trustworthy, friendly and professional place. Thank you again!
