SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

On my last oil change I requested that my cabin filter be changed. How ever for some unknown reason, this was not done. Maybe this was a busy time of the day and it was over looked. Jamie mentioned that I could have it done the next time in. would this still be ok?, if so I will book a appointment for some time in June. Tom Binns

As a single woman it is easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to automobiles and having them repaird. In 23 years I have NEVER felt that way with Glenwood. Even when I have had questions about the cost of something it was completely explained and in plain language. I have always felt safe and respected at Glenwood. Thank you

Appreciated Rob telling me about increasing costs in the business to maintain high standards. Knowing a little about filter replacement, I had emptied the glove compartment to make the job easier. From my postion in the waiting area, I could see the technician drive my car into the bay and back it out and park it-10 minutes. Perhaps Fred's skill and the fact that he did not have to carefully remove everything, then carefully replace it into the compartment contributed to the speed of the operation. Thank you for costing it at .2. Many years ago a mechanic friend of mine said I would never go wrong in bring my car to Glenwood. He was right.

Service is excellent. Here is why: -the estimates are always very close -attention at the front desk is immediate and friendly -rides to and back from the shop is always available -your record keeping is so great for those of us who do not keep this type of records -feel confident that you know my car/van -appointments are available next day or very soon I meant to give a 5 star rating, not a 4.5.
