Very impressed with the professional friendly staff.The detailing they did on my wife's van was stellar,So much so, that I will be booking my truck in for the same cleaning.

I'm not very car smart, but Glenwood always takes great care of me. Excellent and friendly customer service as well as quality repairs. I referred my boyfriend, and he is now loyal to Glenwood as well.

Parts for the car arrive when they say they will. The shuttle service is invaluable to get me to and from work, always prompt. And cost has always been as quoted.

If you were to look up "customer service" in the dictionary, Glenwood Auto would be the perfect definition. It just doesn't get any better than this. A client for years, and intend on keeping it that way!

My car was 21 years old and had a few problems, some serious. I appreciated talking to Jay and his being upfront that although some problems could be fixed, it would be in my best interest for safety and cost wise to park it. I've decided to do just that.I will also take Rob's suggestion of retiring my car to the Kidney Foundation for a tax receipt. Thanks for all your help.
