I had very friendly and attentive service. The staff were honest, gave plenty of information and were encouraging for me to ask additional questions. They went above and beyond to ensure we will continue using their services in the future. Returning customers matter to them and they prove it.

We have had our older vehicle serviced by Glenwood for a few years now. We really appreciate the detailed explanations and comments from the mechanic and the excellent customer service from the front office team.

I went in to replace my car battery urgently (I brought my own battery) and asked them to run the cable for a trickle charger out the front grill. I was charged $100...the battery was replaced but the cable was not properly run out to the front grill. I thought that they would be a fair mechanic as they have been in business for 50 years....

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I originally found them when trying to find a provincial inspection for my vehicle. First off when you walk in it has a professional office vibe. You don’t walk into a plastic rubber smelling shop like a lot of other places. They are always super informative and talk you through everything. They always offer shuttle service which is super nice. You just feel like you and your car are being taken care of and you know the work will be done right. Ten out of ten have recommended to others.

First time customer at Glenwood and absolutely loved my experience. I had been having issues with my clutch and they explained how they would diagnose and the fees associated with it. They called to make sure I wanted to go ahead with any repairs before doing so and gave me a quote. I felt comfortable with the customer service team, Blaine was very patient with me and was thorough in explaining the billing and shop foremans comments and my quote was exactly what they charged. They drove me to work and picked me up when my car was done. I was extremely surprised and happy when they gave me a loyalty card for oil changes a few other perks as a thank you for choosing their shop. They even messaged me a few days later to make sure the car was running top notch. Honestly it was the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop to date. Bonus they had a couple office dogs who said hi while I was waiting. Service and dogs?? Who needs more!

When I submitted a request for an oil change, it was in the evening after hours. Within an hour, Rob had contacted me confirming my request for the appointment date and time. When I arrived at the shop, the guys were friendly, helpful and accommodating. When the work was done and I picked up my car, I was told what maintenance needed to be done in the future and it was clearly listed as to the costs and importance. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend. Thanks to Rob and the team!

Glenwood staff have always gone above & beyond for me since I moved to Saskatoon and first brought my SUV in. The staff are truly amazing, they are so welcoming, friendly, and make you feel right at home. As a person who refuses to let go of their vehicle I had a lot of work to be done initially, but they worked with me closely to create a plan so I could be on the road for my many travels all while being mindful of my wallet. Most importantly to me, they have always ensured my SUV is taken care of and safe for the road, while also throwing in perks of being a loyal customer. I can always count on them, no matter how big the job, or small of a question I have.
