I have trusted Glenwood with my vehicle maintenance for years. They have always been kind, professional, and have never failed to provide me with exceptional service!

I've been going to Glenwood with all my vehicles since around 1980, when Jim had the business at the corner of 8th street and Preston. 40+ years gives you some idea of my level of satisfaction!

My only complaint was not being able to get a loaner as that was one of the reasons I booked but they were professional, did good work and tried to rush the job as best they could knowing I needed something to drive. It was pretty expensive but that is to be expected. I would recommend and use them again.

great job as usual no hidden costs, evertything cost as stated before job was started, was informed hoe to keep my oil pan cleaner by driving the truck on a longer distance than just around the city

I had noises coming from the rear end of my vehicle - a 2012 Dodge Durango - and my vehicle handled very poorly the last time I was on the highway. The repair - as I expected - was expensive but it was as quoted. The noises are now gone and I am amazed at how well my vehicle now rides and handles. The repair was worth every penny I spent and I appreciate how well Rob and staff looked after everything!

Very pricy place! Got the work done, not sure if all that was done had to be done? Thinking it was a lot of money, checked with Ford for parts and time allotted for the job, paid at least twice what it should have been! I'm a senior on fixed income, so had to sell my car to pay off my credit card bill!! In hindsight, should've went to a Ford dealership!!

They did a quality job fixing a starter on my 2014 CRV. The price was similar to a dealership for parts and labor $1200.00. The major difference is they are giving me a 3 year 60,000 km warranty on parts and labor. The biggest negative was I was without a vehicle for almost a full week as they were extremely busy.
