SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

I pulled into Glenwood with an overheated engine that was misfiring badly. Since it was 4:30pm on a Friday, the lovely Joanne explained that work wouldn't start until Monday. She then drove me home! I was called on Monday with the diagnosis and a quote. The work was done efficiently and I paid exactly what I had been quoted. They also performed a courtesy check to detect any other problems. I was especially impressed that they took it on a 30 minute test drive to make sure the engine wasn't overheating anymore. I appreciated their excellent communication and the peace of mind I now have when driving my car. They have gained a new client for life!

Glenwood has been providing us with excellent service for a number of years. This time we booked in both our vehicles...one after the other so we still had one to drive. My husband was in the city only for a few days so therefore only had a short time available to get the maintenance done on his car before leaving again. Glenwood was able to fit him in and the work promptly done. Thanks to all the friendly staff! Everyone have a great summer!!

I have been going to Glenwood Auto for about two years and have been very impressed with their service and performance. Very friendly and even lots of laughs! I needed new summer tires this spring and had them installed and balanced at the beginning of April. Unfortunately when travelling out of town about two weeks later, I picked up a large nail on one of the rear tires. When I returned to Glenwood Auto to have it repaired, Kennedy advised me that it could not be fixed and that I needed a new tire. After another one was brought in from Regina I went back to have it installed. When I went to pay, Rob informed me that there would be no charge! I could not have been more surprised. I value their dedication to their customers and they certainly earn my 5-Star rating!!

It was my first time going to Glenwood and I really appreciated that I was taken seriously and felt listened to when I talked to them about my concerns - as a young woman that's a rare occurrence when it comes to getting my car worked on! All of the work that was needed was thoroughly explained and documented. I'll be going back to Glenwood for my next maintenance.

Excellent service with extras provided. They not only changed out my tires they replaced the battery in my key fob and asked about my windshield wipers which also needed to be replaced. This saved me time and effort and I consider this excellent service👍
