Hi, i am from ontario basically and in month of February I drove all the way from ontario to Saskatchewan and shifted with my family here in Saskatoon and chose glenwood auto services to do Wheel alignment and out-of-province-inspection of my Mercedes. They passed my vehicle under out of province inspection and all things were good however my vehicle got pulled over last month by Saskatoon police saying that my mercedes windows has tint which is illegal in this province!! Ishowed them my inspection papers but they said you still have tint onn and I got a ticket for $200. I paid $700for services in glenwood and $200 for ticket and $200 to a guy who removed tints from the windows. I took my vehicle to glenwood again explaining all the situation but idk who was the service advisor, he said idk what happened back in that month. I mean this is not customer service!! At least he could have said let me figure out and i will get back to you!! But no he just declined. I work in a dealership too and this is not how things work. So please stop making fool. I request! My question to your service manager is how the hell you guys passed my vehicle in that f inspection?? I need answers and my money back.

Glenwood Auto treated my request with urgency when no one else bothered! They called me within 24 hrs….on a Sunday! This process has been incredibly smooth, and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders!!

Staff offered excellent customer service, and they were very honest and upfront about costs and needed maintenance. We will definitely be back!

I loved the customer care. Joanne was excellent! In fact everyone I spoke to treated me with so much respect. In the end, my car’s problems were well taken care of. I’m glad I went to Gleenwood!
