I have always had excellent experiences when taking my vehicles here for repair. The customer service is fantastic. They offer rides to wherever you need to go and all of their drivers are not only courteous but really friendly. They only fix what needs to be fixed and keep you informed of upcoming repairs to help you plan.I also like that they send email reminders for regular check ups and you can book an appointment online if you like.

Honestly, I will never go anywhere else than Glenwood!

Their customer service was impeccable. My car was well taken care of, they tell you exactly what is wrong, in words I could understand and tell you which way they would choose if they were in my position. Their shuttle service is prompt and friendly drivers. Ill take my car here any day of the week!

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day that I called, diagnosed the problem, and called me promptly with options for repair. The cost was reasonable, and my car was repaired and delivered as promised. I was given a loaner to use (which a lot of garages do not provide--especially with insurance issues) so I would not be inconvenienced. I would definitely recommend Glenwood Auto for repair services.
