Another great experience at Glenwood. From the front end through to the technicians the service was warm and friendly. Every step of the way was clearly explained in language that we could understand. Everyone was patient with any questions we had and took the time to make sure we understood all the options and what would be the result from each one. Glenwood is like having your friends work on your vehicle. They are going to do their best for you.

Thank you once again to the staff of Glenwood. Took our Journey in for a change of thermostat and what I thought was a power steering problem. They diagnosed that the front wheel bearing was gone. Called and let me know what was wrong and what we had to do to fix it. Also let me know how much it was going to cost. The Journey was fixed and I was on my way. I was picked up and dropped off which I really appreciate. Kudos to Glenwood as usual. I definitely recommend them for any servicing of any vehicle..
