They helped us a lot when our tires were badly damaged. Literally, they saved us because they accomodated ourselves last minute to fix our tire so we could reach our appointment to have our tires changed. Thank you very much!

June 24, 2026 I brought my Honda Civic in for an inspection. They're very thorough, they take the time to go through each item of concern. Very thankful to be shuttled to work and picked up again to return to their shop.

Took truck in for wheel alignment and A/c diagnosis. They did the ac diag but said they could not do the wheel alignment due to front ball joints being loose. See photo of quote for proof. Quoted $1759 to “fix” in order for them to do an alignment. I wasn’t going to pay that so I bought ball joints and was going to do it myself but I couldn’t notice any play in them. So instead of replacing them anyways I took it to another shop to confirm. The other shop told me that they had multiple different techs look at it and none of them saw any play at all and the entire front end was tight. So they did my alignment without any repairs required. Get a second opinion before you agree to any work that Glenwood says you need!!! Would like to see if Glenwood attempts to make it right here.

Good place to do maintenance.

Glenwood Auto did a superb job in assisting me with importing my vehicle to Canada from the United States. They were very upfront with the expectations of the SGI Inspection and costs of repairs. They treated me with respect throughout the full process, and even provided shuttling serve to and from their location. I highly recommend seeing them if you are importing a vehicle.

Had a good experience, got a out of province inspection done. They offer shuttle services which makes it alot easier to get work done. They do charge a bit more but they seem to have good people working here.
