I went to Glenwood Auto for a vehicle inspection, and they did an excellent job. The team broke down every detail in the quote, clearly identifying which repairs were priorities and which could safely wait. They were extremely transparent about costs and the necessity of each procedure and even helped me understand what I could reasonably do myself, given my limited experience and student budget. Initially, I misunderstood a few things and gave some not-so-great feedback. The owner personally called me to clarify everything, walking me through my concerns and explaining things patiently and professionally. That level of care completely changed my experience. Way too expensive , was going to charge my son that’s in university $5,000 to do all these unnecessary repairs on his truck……. He went to the shop to simplify figure out a vibration in the wheels, the problem was a bit of mud in the rims throwing off the balance but after they did their inspection they didn’t take the mud out and still charged him $200 for the inspection…….unreal !
