I just received a call from Glenwood noting that my vehicle would not be ready for pickup today, which was unexpected. I dropped the vehicle at 09:15 and had a call at 15:30 noting they hadn't started yet. I've used Glenwood in several instances in the past and have been relatively pleased with their service. It's more costly than other shops I've used, but I've not been disappointed like this before. Glenwood offered to pick me up, take my vehicle home and do it all over again tomorrow. Why didn't we postpone the appointment to tomorrow if it was clear the service would not be performed today? Disappointing. Edit: Today, I received some not-so good news about the car, but that's not on Glenwood. For the inconvenience, they provided me a complimentary oil change and didn't charge for the work they did to try to fix a leaking seal (the not-so good news about the car is the leak is not able to be fixed using a seal). So, a happy ending after all and I've changed by review from two stars to four.
