Garbage service from Rob! Took my truck in due to nail in tire and got it back after they patched it I noticed the entire rim edge has scuffs and deep gouges in the rim needing repair, I called and brought in my truck knowing they did damage, the front desk employee told me they’d offer to buff it out I said the metal would be bare and wouldn’t match the oem rim colour, I told him it would needed to be repaired by wheel shop and covered by them due to their Inability to properly take the tire off a wheel and causing surface damage, he said okay and spoke to the manger Rob, he got on the phone being aggressive and hostile saying I caused the damage even though my tire is 12 wide and rim is 9 wide so couldn’t even touch the curb, after offering to buff it I declined and mentioned the wheel repair that’s when he blamed me and started denying they did anything wrong, don’t bother dealing with Rob or any wheel related service that could cause damage and be blamed on you. horrible customer service and ability to fix your problem by your “tech of 10 years”
I will assume this is Bayson Janvier (as we have not had a John Smith in recently). As discussed earlier, this is sidewalk/road rash that has been there for some time. The rust on the scratches proves this. Thanks for posting pictures to prove this. Brayson, I think it is time you find another shop to deal with. Good luck in the future Brayson-Rob
