SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

his is our second experience with Glenwood Auto Service and I am beyond impressed with how they have taken care of us. Unexpected issues came up with our family car and Blaine worked tirelessly on it and somehow managed to get it fixed before we headed out on our holiday. They kept me updated all along the way and I appreciated their attention to detail and their dedication to making our car safe to drive again. They shuttled me (and even my toddler once! car seat and all) to and from the shop making it so much easier to work around my familys schedule. We will be coming to them for everything from oil changes to any other issues that may occur with our vehicles. You wont find kinder or more honest people in the city! Seriously the best!

Little back story I had recently moved and truck was going to be shipped due to an issue they couldnt ship it so I had to fly back and drive it to where I moved (4000km) I had booked a service for an alignment and oil change thinking that I was able to get other parts installed prior to the appointment. Things happen and was unable to have my electric rack installed by my friend. I called glenwoodauto and told them about my situation they were extremely understanding and went out of there way to help me by installing & programming it for me in such sort notice as well as doing all the other services to it and even looking it over as they new I was traveling a long distance they kept me in the loop as I was on my way there to get it. Went out of there way to make sure I could pick my truck up later as I was landing late in the evening. Just all around amazing service from this business and appreciate everything that they did for me. Outstanding work Thank you!!

Quite a rare and satisfying experience

Literally the friendliest experience I've ever had in a repair shop. The front office staff are extremely friendly and attentive.

Glenwood did a thorough inspection of my vehicle, found a few things that needed to be done to ensure it runs smoothly. They communicated what needed to be done and after giving consent to move forward, they had the vehicle back on the road in a very short turn around. Staff is trustworthy and techs are top notch!
