I was very happy with every part of my experience with Glenwood. I needed a 160,000 km check up on my Tiguan and they did a comprehensive inspection, identified a critical issue that needed to be addressed immediately and went over the other things I should address over the coming year. They ordered the parts and got me in, repairs done and back on the road in a very acceptable timeframe which I greatly appreciated as I need my vehicle to perform my job. I highly recommend them and will definitely make them my regular maintenance providers. I also love the calm quiet greetings from their onsite company dogs and the great service of their shuttle drivers.

Have been going to Glenwood for over 10 years. Rob and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and honest. The last visit went a little sideways, but it was acknowledged that it was an error on their part and in the end they made it very right and my vehicle is back on the road.
