We have been taking our vehicles to Glenwood for the last 11+ years. What I have noticed over 11 years is that there is a higher cost of repair when compared to some other shops. What do you get from this higher cost? Quality service : you can expect the job to be done right without skipping steps or using cheap parts. Honest advice: I have always received advice on what needs to be replaced now versus what should be replaced soon with the decision being up to me. Family: I have gained a family of folks who know be by name when I walk in. Trust: By far the biggest reason why I stick with Glenwood. If you don’t have trust in your repair shop, you have nothing.
