I would give 3.5 stars if I could. We brought our car in for an overall inspection, which was great, however when dealing with that we did run into problems with unrelated issues. Glenwood's customer service was great. Although we did get frustrated with the time and cost it took to fix our car, Charlie and Rob were extremely respectful and professional!

I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in because it was acting up without explanation. The shop couldn't find anything so nothing was repaired. I know that sounds bad, but being honest with a client is a great trait to have. For future work, I'll be able to sleep easy knowing they aren't going to screw me and start suggesting repairs that aren't necessary. Yeah, the diagnostic is rather steep at $240 taxes in,I know, but you get what you pay for and skilled tradesmen don't work for free. I would definitely return to Glenwood Auto Service based solely on the quality of service I received.
