I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any repairs or services. I have been so pleased with the quality of service I've received. The first time I brought my car in, it was having issues starting. Other mechanics couldn't find a problem which left me stranded one night when it finally wouldn't start at all. When I had it towed to Glenwood Auto, they had it diagnosed and fixed within a day. The second time I brought my car in, Rob had to be the bearer of bad news with a huge bill. He patiently explained each of the concerns they found and gave me time to make a decision. He was calm and understanding while I was experiencing sticker shock. He explained which of the items needed immediate care and which items could wait for a few months. Any time I called to check in, Rob explained what was going on and gave me updated time estimates. I never felt like I was a nuisance. The bill was exactly what he said it would be, even though he probably should have charged me more. They even replaced my front brake pads for free because Rob was concerned for my safety. It's rare to find a mechanic that cares more about your safety than your money.
