Having never been there, I didn't know what to expect, as was very nervous. Rob and his staff, went above and beyond, to make sure I understood the work that needed to be done now, and the work that could wait. To me that sets them apart, from other repair shops. I immediate felt, I could trust their opinion, and know that I was in good hands. The service was completed so quickly, the complimentary shuttle drivers were so friendly and arrived on time, and the car has been running great. I will not hesitate to continue taking my car, to Glenwood. I felt respected and heard. The staff went out of their way, to make sure I felt comfortable and confident, with my vehicle.
