The staff are always advising what may happen ex: tires need to be replaced, windshield needs to be replaced, etc. I appreciate the advise because I don't know anything about vehicles. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I don't have to stand around while someone ignores me because they don't like to be interrupted. Customer service is extremely good. Customer services is a lost service that many businesses do not provide. WELL DONE!!!!!!!

These guys fixed my AC on the same day I drop off the vehicle. They also found another problem needs to be fixed. They always call let me know what they will do and how much it will cost. I feel comfortable dealing with these guys.

I feel comfortable dealing with these guys. Compare the terrible horrible experience I had recently with Volvo Saskatoon. These guys are angels.

I've been a Glenwood customer for years and have consistently received excellent service and honest advise. I highly recommend them.

I stopped in without and appointment; was taken in quickly and the service was done and I was on my way before 11 am. I was informed of a possible leak that needed to be attended to by the warranty of the vehicle and have promptly told Merlin who have me waiting for one whole week to bring the vehicle in for their inspection.

Shuttle drivers are excellent. My vehicle was done when promised .
