Great Service great advice

I can’t believe the amazing customer service I received when I went to Glenwood auto with my 2009 Dodge Nitro. I had been to a Dodge dealership to have an oil change and a 12 V plug repaired, and my vehicle ended up stuck in 4WD. I was just returning from the USA, on a weekend yet, and was extremely tired and frustrated. I explain my problem to Rob, and within minutes my vehicle was in the service bay being taken care of. They found the issue immediately, and had me back on the road within the hour. I cannot explain the relief I felt nor the kindness and understanding I was shown by this business. I will be recommending them to everyone, and I think all businesses should take a lesson from the staff here. Thank you so much.

Took my 2010 Sierra in for an overall inspection. Received excellent service and a thorough explanation of their report. Jay was the service rep I dealt with, he came across as very honest and competent.

First time I've been there. Looks like a well run business. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Work was well done. I will go back there.

Easy to work with. Know what they are doing; willing to explain everything in easy to understand terms. Complete service. Definitely trust these guys with my vehicles.
