Customer service is a throwback to the good old days when people actually mattered, not sure why that solid business practice was thrown away, but not by this group at glenwood auto. One of the few good ones left.

The service was excellent. I was consulted at every step. Jay took the time to fully inform me of my options, yet he did not pressure me to make decisions I was not comfortable with. Because of the confidence I have in Glenwood Auto, I am able to keep my vehicles running reliably for more than ten years.

great service as usuall. phoned at last minute to get truck in for oil change and was told no problem. wife took truck in the morning shuttle service home when truck was ready phone call shuttle service in 15 minutes for pick up on time. also mentioned generator built needs to be replaced but was still good till next oil change. always friendly front end.
