Excellent honest service! Love these guys

The staff and service provided are top notch. The shuttle drivers don't just go point A to B, but were willing to pick me up from my tasks in between work to home. Also friendly. The work to be done was discussed prior to performing and I felt they were honest in their assessment of what absolutely needed to be done , what could wait, and what could be monitored. In short, I didn't feel I was being unsold or that they were commisioned to make more money.

I, (and my husband while he was alive) have been a customer from the time we moved into Saskatoon in 1991. My husband had just had a heart attack and could no longer do much vehicle maintenance or repair and I was still learning. The owners and employees helped me to learn. The service at Glenwood Auto Service has always been stellar. When repairing an old vehicle they always tried to provide us with the best parts for the least money. They never encouraged us to spend money for things we did not need done and they always stood behind their work. After my husband died, They were the ones who helped me to look after my vehicle. There was no charge for all the information they provided me with and they were generous with their time. They know me by name and have come to my rescue more than once when unexpected trips have demanded a long distance trip needing a quick oil change or once over for safe driving.
