I love the folks at Glenwood. They are honest and they have my trust. I had gone in for an oil change and they advised me that I still had about 2000k before I would require an oil change (since I was using synthetic). I finally got my oil changed at their recommended mileage. I will come back again because I know they won't rip me off.

I also feel I am well informed about the health of my car and issues that are on the horizon, which helps me plan. The staff are great - informative and pleasant to deal with. I booked my CRV in for an oil change when I was in Saskatoon and was impressed with Glenwood Auto Service from the moment I walked in to leave my keys with them. The staff was very friendly and right away I was acknowledged and told that they would be right with me. As soon as the other staff saw there were a few people waiting in line two of them came to the counter to assist myself and other customers. The staff took the time to ask questions about my vehicle to ensure that there were not other things that should be done as well. I don't remember the last time I had an engine flush and it should be done every 20,000km. How many people actually track their vehicle maintenance other than oil changes? With choosing Glenwood Auto Service I know that I now don't have to worry about this as they will ensure that I maintain my vehicle in all areas. After my vehicle was booked in I was given a ride to work in their courtesy vehicle by Dwight. Dwight asked if I needed help with my laptop etc and opened and closed the door for me as well as the other passengers. He asked all of us if the temperature was OK and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our ride with him. He said that he really enjoys his job and meeting so many people and it shows. I was contacted as soon as my vehicle was done and they also called again later to see if I needed a ride. When they drove me back to get my vehicle they brought it around to the front and loaded everything into it for me as well as left it running so it would be cool when I got in. Their staff and customer service was exceptional!! I would recommend them to anyone.
