VERY nice drivers for the courtesy car. I like that you make a print out of the stuff the car needs done and the price break down. As a person always forgets and gets home and the Hubby says... So did they say anything about the car and then memory blankness hits haha Have a great day

They explained everything that they were doing with my vehicle and provided me with all the options. My boyfriends family has come here for years so it's only natural I would do the same. Always great and friendly customer service. Work done in a timely fashion and great work at that. I would and do recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The Caddy was given to me with a poor balance. After asking fora road balance. I returned with the Caddy and Shawn. he noticed the out of balance immediately. He then took the caddy to the front end group and proceeded to teach them how to check out tire balance. Needles to say they are not very good. Shawn took all tires of the car took the tires of the wheels and cleaned them all. He then checked the static balance of the tires and found that one was very much out of balance. That tire, which had been mounted on a front tire was remounted on a rear wheel. Don't send any of my cars to that shop. Your shop foreman was responsible for retraining the other shop. They should not be in business.
