Service was fine to ok vs. previous experiences at Glenwood. Pricing is my main concern. I will pay more for service and quality I can expect from Glenwood but there is a point when I feel I am paying too much. When questioning pricing I expect a reasonable response vs confrontational and saying Glenwood makes no money...If Glenwood is not making enough money then conversations with your suppliers may need to happen. All I ask is that Glenwood is close in price, not the lowest or the best price but at least competitive.

I have all my vehicles serviced here and I am VERY VERY pleased at how they treat customers in all situations. I would and do recommend Glenwood to all my friends. Richard Horn

Took a little long to put a starter into the truck . It messed up two working days and I am not counting the one I booked in on . Checking to see if the engine was ceasing when we already knew the starter was gone and I drove the truck in .

Brought my vehicle in and was told that what I complained of was not happening to the car. I appreciate the truthfulness.they could have billed me even when nothing was really wrong with the wheel/ steering system.

I have always enjoyed the honesty and care they have provided me during our interactions. My family has used them for years and I don't think any of us have ever had a negative experience interacting with them.
