The employees at Glenwood were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The adorable dogs in the office were a delightful bonus on top of their excellent service. When I picked up my vehicle, the employee who assisted me took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring I understood the significance of both the completed work and what still needed to be done. Every single employee I encountered was welcoming and kind, clearly enjoying their work. Their positive attitude and friendliness made me feel much more at ease about bringing my car in and fostered a sense of trust. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning for future services.

They provided very fast service. I was there for a swap of my winter tires for my all weather tires. I mentioned that I needed the car by 2 pm. I got it back by 10 am!

Glenwood is top rated for a reason. If you are looking for a mechanic with transparent pricing and who does quality work, you need to go to Glenwood. Blaine was upfront and honest with us about what needed to be done but also did not pressure us into doing anything immediately. Because of Blaine, we avoided getting scammed by purchasing a bad used vehicle.

Blaine helped me out after the used vehicle I had just bought died on the highway while driving it home. He gave me honest advice on what I should do and told it to me straight of what he thought about the vehicle. I listened to his advice and am glad I did. Dont ever hesitate to bring a vehicle here for service. They are excellent and I had my vehicle back within 3 hours of drop off time during tire rotation season. I was very happy with the work and the price is fair. I dont go anywhere else.

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The pricing was fair and they didn't try to upsell me any unnecessary repairs like some other places ive been to in the past have done!. They also provide a shuttle service which is great. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.
