Broke down travelling into the City. They booked me in for a 7:30 AM appointment the next day and called before making any repairs. The vehicle was fixed within two days of breaking down.

The team at Glenwood were great to deal with. They were friendly and knowledgeable and got my vehicle in quickly and completed the repairs in one day even though I was told it may take two days. They gave me a ride home and back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. I will definitely be back.

Poor cust service, needed car to be done at 330 to pick kids. They never answered calls or advised it will be late.

I am not sure who Linda Skinner is, as she has never been to Glenwood Auto Service. We are pretty sure this is Matthew Eldo and here is our side of the story: Mathew Eldo came in with-out an appointment to get his tires changed and we agreed and said leave it with us until 5:00pm. Mathew Eldo agreed, and he left the vehicle with us. Mathew Eldo phoned at 1:30pm, and told us he needed the vehicle back by 3:30pm, and we told Mathew Eldo that this was likely not possible and we would need it until 4:30-5:00pm. Mathew picked up his vehicle at 4:32pm and paid the invoice and left. The next day we received this one star review from Mathew Eldo. We got your car in without an appointment Mathew, and got it done for you at the time promised.
