Customer service is exceptional! Rob goes above what other shops do. They provide a car service where their driver will take you wherever you want while waiting for your vehicle. They will even pick you up from where you were dropped off if you want to go someplace else. If need be they will also provide a rental vehicle at no cost to you. We were there 3 times spread over 2 weeks The quality of the mechanical service including the diagnostic is top notch. The price for everything is reasonable.

First time taking my vehicle to Glenwood and I was very happy with the service I received. It was easy to book my appointment on their website. All the staff were friendly and welcoming (including the two dogs in the office). Will definitely be back in the future.

I have used Glenwood for many years and always had exceptional service by Rob and his team. They will and do make sure your happy and thier warranty proves it. Just did my front brakes and no problems,

Glenwood Auto Service charged me $2500 for brakes and rotors, an Outrageous cost !!!!!!!! Said my brakes were corroded as they felt I didn’t use my vehicle much, this little SUV is ALWAYS on the road- if they would have looked at the amount of miles on the SUV they would have noticed that! Please Please do your searching for car repairs - I will never go there again and will be more than Happy to tell people of my experience !!

After going to a few other places and them not being able to fix my trucks issues. It was refreshing to have the folks at glendwood auto walk me through exactly what they planned on doing to fix my vehicle. Incredibly friendly and welcoming on the drop off. Informative during the work being done. And on pick up the price was fair and service incredible. Can’t recommend them enough especially if it’s more than a common issue. 10/10
