Technical side, pretty good. Service-wise, not ideal. They left my car in a mess, took everything from the center console and scattered all over the passenger side. They were replacing a cv axle, I see absolutely zero need to go through my things inside the car. Also my charger was missing. It would’ve been a good experience. Also the hydraulic hood lifts lost pressure after the first service for an oil leak, which cost $4000 for a rear main seal replacement, 4 months later it leaked again, apparently it was the cv axel this time. Glad they warranted the labour part of the cost, although they told me something different (an oil pump I needed to pay for $350, but later turned into the cv axle) from the phone than what they actually did. I find it deceiving and a bit disrespectful for the mess, thus 3 stars. But all in all they did their part, and I would still recommend it for they kept their words and took responsibilities.

I have always had great experiences working with Rob and Glenwood auto. I have had a few recent visits with my 2006 Honda Odyssey. From my experiences the team has been professional, responsive, fair and trustworthy. Rob and his team take the time to explain and provide good education around repairs required and their importance. When you’re getting work done on a vehicle it’s easy to be frustrated, but I have always left feeling understood and well taken care of. Highly recommend Rob and his team at Glenwood!

Great service, thorough, easy to work with.

Needed winter tires in a pinch. They did some research and found us some winter tires and were able to put them on that same day. Great service and very friendly. I had a nice visit with Bill from their shuttle service, who was able to give me a ride to work right away.

On time, efficient, friendly, competent, and reliable: that's why I've been taking my vehicles to Glenwood for over 40 years!
