Took our SUV to Glennwood, this was our first visit and they treated us very well. From the beginning when I mistakenly called after hours for an appointment and was still treated with respect by the owner of the business, and booked in, I knew we had chosen well. Service was straightforward and honest, we were given options on what was urgent and what wasn't. The quality of repair appears to be very good, we went from having a good amount of suspension issues to a very tight driving vehicle. Shuttle service was very useful when dropping off the car. On pickup Blaine made us feel very appreciated as customers, plus there were two awesome dogs wandering the lobby, which was an unexpected bonus! When it came time to pay the bill, there were no surprises, Blaine had consistently quoted us taxes in, and I appreciated his knowledge so we were able to budget appropriately. Highly recommended, and we will be back!
